Here at m.a.d.e. we do our upmost to get your delivery to you as quickly as possible. We aim to get all orders out the same day (provided these are purchased before 3pm) and from there you should receive your purchase within 2-3 working days.
Please be aware that Christmas deliveries are dependant on our service providers. Final date for deliveries before Christmas will be displayed here and on the Home Page when know. This year we can confirm that the final date for deliveries will be 3pm on Monday the 18th of December 2017.
We will also be closed from the 24th of December 2017 to the 2nd of January 2018. Any purchases made during this period will not be sent until we return to the shop in the new year.
P&P pricing is derived from a combination of weight, size, shape and value. The cost has also been added to each item. However, and by way of a guide, the total weight of your purchase will usually fit into one of these categories, unless otherwise stated on the product itself:

Live abroad? Lucky you, we can ship outside the UK but please contact us first on firstname.lastname@example.org or call +44 1285 658225 before purchasing any items. We will be able to provide you with prices and service options to ensure a smooth delivery of your item.
Please note that all prints carefully wrapped and will arrive rolled in a postal proof tube.
We are sorry that your purchase wasn’t what you expected. We are happy to exchange or refund any items with in 14 days from the date you received your order. We simply ask that all returned items are in their original condition and unused.
We recommend that returns are made using recorded delivery so that you have proof of dispatch as unfortunately we cannot be responsible for goods lost or damaged in the post. Please return your item in all the original packing that they were delivered in, ensuring that it is clearly labelled.
We are unable to make a refund until the original item has been received. Should your item be deemed as faulty we will be more than happy to refund the return postage cost.
Once we have received the item, a refund will be made direct to the account you purchased the item from.
Unfortunately, for hygiene reasons, we cannot except returns on earrings, perfume, opened tights or cosmetics.
