Here at m.a.d.e. we do our upmost to get your delivery to you as quickly as possible. We aim to get all orders out the same day (provided these are purchased before 1pm). We use Royal Mail for the majority of our orders and these sent out the following working day with the aim to be with you within 2-3 working days.
P&P pricing is derived from a combination of weight, size, shape and value. The cost has also been added to each item.

We are sorry that your purchase wasn’t what you expected. We are happy to exchange or refund any items with in 14 days from the date you received your order. We ask that all returned items are in their original condition and unused.
We recommend that returns are made using recorded delivery so that you have proof of dispatch as unfortunately we cannot be responsible for goods lost or damaged in the post. Please return your item in all the original packing that they were delivered in, ensuring that it is clearly labelled.
We are unable to make a refund until the original item has been received. Return postage will not be refunded, however, should your item be deemed as faulty we will be more than happy to refund the return postage cost.
Once we have received the item, a refund will be made direct to the account you purchased the item from.
Unfortunately, for hygiene reasons, we cannot except returns on earrings, perfume, opened tights or cosmetics.
